The company is actively recruiting for the following roles across its Sanand (Injectable) and Surendranagar (OSD) facilities:
Quality Control (QC) – Executive/Officer
Candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience are sought. Key requirements include proficiency in operating instruments such as HPLC, GC, and managing data through LIMS/QMS. Responsibilities will involve the analysis of finished products, in-process samples, validation batches, and stability samples. Experience with advanced analytical techniques and equipment like ICP-OES, ICP-MS, LC-MS/HRMS, Auto Titrator, Malvern Analyzer, and Zetasizer is highly valued.
QC Microbiology – Executive/Officer
Professionals with 2 to 6 years of experience are invited to apply. Core duties encompass performing and reviewing microbiological testing, including environmental monitoring (EM), water testing, sterility testing, and endotoxin assays. A strong commitment to GMP and regulatory compliance, particularly in aseptic practices, is essential. Candidates should be adept at handling documentation, developing and adhering to SOPs, and conducting investigations for Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, and deviations. Support for method validation/verification activities and ensuring audit readiness, along with coordination with QA and Production departments for Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives, are also key aspects of this role.
Quality Assurance (QA) – Executive/Officer
Individuals with 2 to 6 years of experience, specializing in QMS (Quality Management System) and Qualification & Validation, are encouraged to participate. The role involves executing qualification activities for equipment, utilities, and facilities (IQ/OQ/PQ), and supporting validation processes for injectable products, including process validation, cleaning validation, and media fill validation. Managing various QMS activities such as deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessment is a significant responsibility. Additionally, candidates will be involved in the review and approval of qualification/validation protocols and reports.
Production – Executive / Officer / Operator
Opportunities are available for candidates with 2 to 7 years of experience. This role requires exposure to complex injectable manufacturing processes and hands-on operational knowledge of critical equipment. This includes Tunnel operations, Autoclaves, Filling Machines, Stoppering and Capping Machines, and Spray Dryers. Expertise in area cleaning and sanitization protocols is also crucial.
Production & Packing (OSD) – Officer / Operator
For the OSD Unit, professionals with 3 to 8 years of experience are needed. Required skills include proficiency in granulation, compression, coating processes, and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) as applied to OSD manufacturing. Experience with both secondary and primary packing operations, including CVC bottle packing and track & trace systems, is essential.
