1. Territory Manager / Territory Business Manager
For those with foundational sales experience, opportunities are available for Territory Managers and Territory Business Managers. Candidates should hold a Graduate degree (Science or General), B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or an MBA, and possess a minimum of one year of experience specifically in pharmaceutical sales. The role involves strategically promoting pharmaceutical products, cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.

2. Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
More experienced leaders can explore roles as Area Sales Managers or Regional Sales Managers. The required qualification is an Any Science Graduate, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or MBA. Area Sales Managers need a minimum of three years of experience in an ASM capacity, while Regional Sales Managers require at least eight years of substantial pharmaceutical sales experience. These positions are crucial for leading sales teams, driving regional business growth, achieving ambitious sales objectives, and expertly managing customer relationships.

3. Area Business Manager / Key Accounts Manager
Senior opportunities include Area Business Managers and Key Accounts Managers. Applicants should be Graduates (Science or General), B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or MBA holders with a minimum of five years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales. These critical roles focus on managing key accounts, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and consistently meeting revenue targets.

This hiring drive is exclusively for women candidates with a background in the pharmaceutical sales industry. Educational requirements vary by role, ranging from a Graduate degree (Science or General), B.Pharm, D.Pharm, to an MBA.
