Open Positions:
1. Quality Control (API / FML)
- Department: Quality Control (API / FML)
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–7 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sampling and testing of Raw Materials (RM) and Excipients.
- Operation of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, IR, UV, Dissolution, Polarimeter, Potentiometric Titration, Karl Fischer (KF), and Particle Size Distribution (PSD) by Malvern.
- Ensuring compliance with Data Integrity and cGMP requirements.
- Conducting stability studies and maintaining accurate laboratory documentation.
- Handling OOS, OOT, Deviations, CAPA, CCP, and QMS activities.
- Working with LIMS Software for efficient laboratory management.
2. Production – API
- Department: Production – API
- Qualification: Diploma (Chemical), B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Tech/B.E (Chemical)
- Experience: Freshers & 1–7 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Performing shift production activities on the shop floor.
- Executing batch processing activities.
- Completing online filing of Batch Production Records (BPRs).
- Handling SAP-related production documentation.
- Operating manufacturing equipment including Reactors, Sparkler Filters, Candle Filters, Centrifuges, and Dryers.
- Strictly adhering to SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Maintaining effective oral and written communication with the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Quality Control: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Production: Diploma (Chemical), B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Tech/B.E (Chemical)
- Experience: Ranges from freshers to 7 years, depending on the role.
- Academic Requirement: Candidates with less than 5 years of experience must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their highest educational qualification.
Required Skills:
Candidates should possess skills in API Manufacturing, Quality Control Testing, operation of analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, Karl Fischer), LIMS, SAP Documentation, GMP & cGMP Compliance, Data Integrity, OOS/OOT Investigation, CAPA & QMS, Batch Processing, Production Documentation, Reactor & Centrifuge Operations, and excellent communication abilities.
