A prominent pharmaceutical company is hosting walk-in interviews for experienced professionals to join its new Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing project located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Interviews are scheduled for two days: July 3rd and 4th, 2026. Candidates are invited to report between 09:45 AM and 04:00 PM on either day. Eligibility requires applicants to possess a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., or an equivalent academic qualification, coupled with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in OSD Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Multiple officer-level positions are open across various departments, each with distinct responsibilities:
- Production Officer – Granulation: Will manage operations related to wet and dry granulation, sifting, milling, and drying processes.
- Production Officer – Compression: Duties include handling tablet compression operations and performing essential in-process quality checks.
- Production Officer – Coating: Responsible for overseeing pan coating operations and monitoring critical in-process parameters.
- Primary and Secondary Packing Officer: Tasks involve ensuring efficient primary and secondary packing processes, alongside correct labeling and coding.
- Documentation / Batch Record Executive: This role focuses on the issuance, meticulous review, and systematic archival of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), ensuring all documentation is error-free and compliant with ALCOA+ principles.
- QMS Executive – Production (Manufacturing & Packing): Key responsibilities include managing deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), change controls, and maintaining training records, while also ensuring readiness for both internal and external audits.
The interviews will be conducted at the Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. New OSD Project (PCH-3) facility, located at Makhnu Majra, Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh – 173205.
