• Production: Technicians/Operators (Diploma/ITI with 2-4 years), Officers/Sr. Officers (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 2-4 years), and Executives/Sr. Executives (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 5-8 years) specializing in compression, granulation, capsule, and coating.
• Packing: Executives/Sr. Executives (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 5-8 years) with expertise in blister and carton packing.
• Engineering: Technicians/Operators (Second Class Boiler Operator or ITI/Diploma with 2-4 years) skilled in boiler operations, utility, HVAC, water systems, and ETP.
• Quality Control (QC): Assistant Managers (AM)/Deputy Managers (DM) (M.Sc with 8-10 years) focusing on Finished Product (FP), Finished Goods (FG) analysis, validation, High-Temperature (HT) testing, cleaning validation, and in-process analysis.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Managers (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 12-15 years) and Deputy Managers (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 10-12 years) with knowledge of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), Out-of-Specification (OOS)/Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations, change control, Quality Management Systems (QMS), qualification & validation, investigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Information Technology (IT): Officers/Sr. Officers (BE/Diploma (IT) with 2-4 years) experienced in ERP, QMS, E-Logbooks, Learning Management System (LMS), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), automation, cyber security, Computer System Validation (CSV), data integrity, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) management.
• Formulation & Development (F&D): Managers (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 12-15 years) and Officers/Sr. Officers (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 2-4 years) for product development and technology transfer initiatives.
• Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA): Executives/Sr. Executives (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 5-8 years) proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality compliance, and management systems.
