Candidates must have a minimum qualification of 10+2. Graduates and post-graduates are also encouraged to apply. Both freshers and those with BPO experience are welcome, with prior BPO experience being an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory for this role. Applicants should be comfortable working in night shifts and adapting to flexible shift schedules and week-offs, typically involving a 5-day work week with two consecutive days off. Importantly, candidates currently pursuing regular college education are not eligible, and those who have applied within the last six months will not be considered.
This opportunity offers an attractive annual compensation ranging from INR 396,000 to INR 470,000. In addition to the base salary, employees receive a Zeta Meal Card benefit of INR 1100 per month (INR 13,200 annually), comprehensive health insurance coverage up to INR 5.0 Lacs, and a night shift allowance of INR 150 per shift. Overtime allowance is also provided as per business needs.
