Tech Mahindra is actively seeking talented individuals for the role of Voice Process Executive. This is a permanent employment opportunity for candidates with exceptional communication abilities, particularly those fluent in English combined with a regional language.
Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be responsible for professionally handling both inbound and outbound customer calls. This includes effectively communicating with customers in both English and a specified regional language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu) to resolve their queries. Maintaining excellent phone etiquette, updating call details accurately in the system, and ensuring high customer satisfaction are crucial. Additionally, executives must stay updated with process knowledge and daily operational updates, adhering strictly to shift timings, schedules, and maintaining punctuality.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must hold a graduate degree and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in one of the following regional languages: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Work Structure & Compensation:
The position involves a 5-day work week with two rotational days off. Daily login hours are 10, comprising 9 hours of production work. The salary for this role is negotiable and will be determined during the selection process. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Selection Process:
The hiring procedure involves a language assessment, followed by an HR interview, and concludes with a final discussion.
