Job Openings and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Engineer (Male):
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Responsibilities: Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance, upkeep of manufacturing equipment and utility systems (including HVAC, water systems, air compressors, vacuum pumps), EHS activities, PLC troubleshooting, calibration, and documentation.
- Electrical Engineer (Male):
- Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EEE).
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, manage plant utilities, calibration, equipment qualification, support PLC platforms, troubleshoot breakdowns, and implement CAPA and safety management practices.
- Production Chemist (Male):
- Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Sc.
- Experience: 0-2 years, open to 2024-2026 pass-outs.
- Responsibilities: Conduct liquid syrup manufacturing operations, ensure strict adherence to GMP and SOPs, maintain accurate batch manufacturing records. Proficiency in the Telugu language is mandatory.
- Production Operators (Male):
- Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Fitter.
- Experience: 0-2 years, open to 2023-2026 pass-outs.
- Responsibilities: Operate granulation, powder filling, and liquid filling equipment, follow manufacturing procedures and safety standards, and maintain production documentation.
- Logistics & Warehouse (Male):
- Qualification: BA, B.Com, or B.Sc.
- Experience: 0-1 year, open to 2024-2026 pass-outs.
- Responsibilities: Handle invoice and billing entries, manage material receipt, storage, loading, unloading, and stock, prepare E-way Bills, and maintain warehouse records using MS Word and Excel.
Required Skills:
Candidates should possess skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, preventive and breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, HVAC and utility management, liquid syrup manufacturing, granulation and filling operations, warehouse management, inventory control, MS Office proficiency (Word & Excel), and a strong understanding of GMP and documentation practices.
