A walk-in interview opportunity is available for dedicated QA Officer/Executive professionals seeking to join a healthcare manufacturing team. This role is crucial for upholding stringent quality standards across all operations.
The QA Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing, packaging, storage, and documentation activities strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality standards. Key duties include managing the Quality Management System (QMS), which involves preparing, reviewing, and controlling critical documents and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
A significant part of the role focuses on In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA), where you will conduct line clearances, monitor manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and verify equipment cleanliness and environmental conditions. You will also review batch documentation for completeness and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), investigate deviations, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and manage change control processes. Supporting validation activities, including process, cleaning, and equipment qualification, and assisting with internal, customer, and regulatory audits are also core responsibilities.
Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within an API or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company. A robust understanding of WHO-GMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory expectations is essential. Practical experience handling quality systems, comprehensive documentation, audits, and validation activities is required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office is also preferred.
