- Research & Development (R&D): Executives and Sr. Executives (2-8 years experience) with M.Sc or M.Pharm qualifications.
- Maintenance: Technicians, Supervisors, and Executives (2-8 years experience) with ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech.
- Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): Executives (2-8 years experience) holding an M.Sc in Environmental Science or a B.Tech.
