Interview Event Details:
Prospective candidates are invited to attend the walk-in interviews from July 15, 2026, to July 18, 2026. The interviews will be conducted daily between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. This recruitment drive specifically targets professionals with a background in pharmaceutical formulations, with a strong preference for immediate joiners.
Diverse Open Positions and Qualifications:
The company is looking to fill Executive and Junior Executive level positions across several critical areas:
- Quality Control: Seeking B.Pharm or M.Pharm graduates to manage and assure product quality.
- Production – Track & Trace: Recruiting individuals with ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech qualifications to oversee serialization and traceability processes.
- Technology Transfer: Opportunities for B.Pharm or M.Pharm holders involved in the seamless transfer of manufacturing technologies.
- Warehouse: Welcoming B.Sc, B.Com, or M.Com degree holders to manage material logistics and inventory.
- Engineering (HVAC / Mechanical / Utility): Inviting Diploma or B.Tech engineers to maintain and optimize facility systems.
Key Skills for Success:
Candidates should possess specialized skills pertinent to their desired department:
- Quality Control: Expertise in HPLC and UV analysis, wet analysis techniques, chromatographic methods, and adherence to cGLP compliance (including Part 11 CFR). Knowledge of master entries, template creation, and product registration within Track & Trace systems is also crucial.
- Production – Track & Trace: Strong understanding of vendor serialization, ability to resolve operational issues, experience with label reconciliation, and proficiency in executing and monitoring serialization systems.
- Technology Transfer: Demonstrated capability in pharmaceutical manufacturing technology transfer, scale-up procedures, and process validation. Familiarity with GMP documentation, BMR/BPR review, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) covering CAPA, change control, deviations, and investigations is essential.
- Warehouse: Proficient in dispensing raw and packing materials, preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, and handling rejected, expired, or recalled finished goods.
- Engineering (HVAC / Mechanical / Utility): Experience in operating AHU, dehumidifiers, dust collectors, ventilation systems, and chillers. Must be skilled in HVAC preventive maintenance, air conditioner maintenance, leak inspection of chilled water and air lines, process utilities, supervision of water plants (including purified water), and steam boiler operations.
