Production and Packing Officer
- Department: Manufacturing (focused on Oral Solid Dosage – OSD Pharma)
- Qualification: Candidates must possess a BSC, MSC, or B.Pharm degree.
- Experience: We welcome applications from freshers up to individuals with 2 years of relevant experience in OSD Pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities for Production and Packing Officer:
- Documentation Management: Responsibility for the meticulous preparation and maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packing Records (BPRs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the production and packing departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational clarity.
- Manpower Supervision: Efficiently managing production manpower, including allocation, scheduling, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance: Proactive initiation and thorough handling of critical QMS documents such as Incident reports, Deviations, Failure investigations, and Change controls. This involves ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards.
- Training and Development: Imparting essential online training to the team, and diligently supervising operators, assistant operators, and general workers to ensure strict adherence to manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality guidelines.
PPIC – Supply Chain Executive
- Department: PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) – Supply Chain
- Qualification: Applicants must hold an MBA in Operation and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: This position is tailored for freshers eager to begin their career in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities for PPIC – Supply Chain Executive:
- Client Coordination and Dispatch: Managing dispatch timelines effectively and providing regular, comprehensive updates to clients. This role involves significant client handling and coordination to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.
- Timely Product Delivery: Ensuring the prompt and efficient delivery of products, with a keen focus on addressing and prioritizing urgent client requirements.
- Inventory and Planning: Proactive identification and management of Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) shortages. Responsibilities include meticulous indenting and comprehensive planning to support uninterrupted production.
- Order Management: Developing and communicating precise dispatch plans and estimated dates against received orders, aiding in efficient logistics and client communication.
- MRP Tracking: Diligently tracking Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to optimize inventory levels, streamline procurement processes, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
