For the Assistant Manager, Cold Chain Validation role, candidates should bring 9-14 years of experience specifically within the Vaccine or Injectable industry. This crucial position involves spearheading comprehensive cold chain validation initiatives, from planning and executing temperature mapping across diverse storage units—such as cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers, and warehouses—to validating thermal packaging systems for both domestic and international distribution. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing validation documentation (protocols, reports, risk assessments), ensuring stringent adherence to cGMP, GDP, WHO, USFDA, and EU GMP guidelines, and managing quality system elements like deviations and CAPAs.
