Key Responsibilities Across Departments

Candidates joining these teams will undertake diverse and critical responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Duties include performing analytical tests using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, TLC, KF, Potentiometry, and Wet Analysis. Professionals will also be involved in raw material, packing material, and water sampling, instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, qualification, data review, and preparing/reviewing Analytical Method Validation (AMV) protocols.
  • Microbiology: Roles involve reviewing microbiology documentation, conducting environmental monitoring in aseptic areas, managing microbiological cultures and media, and performing various tests such as Water Testing, Product Testing (MLT), and BET Testing. Validation of BET, Sterility, and Microbial Limit Tests is also a key function.
  • Production: Team members will operate essential equipment for granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling processes. They will also manage bottle packing (CVC) and blister packing (IMA PG) lines.
  • Warehouse: Responsibilities include performing isolator dispensing operations and handling cleaning and material dispensing activities efficiently.
  • Engineering Stores: Professionals will manage project materials, consumables, stationery, and laboratory chemicals, ensuring smooth operational support.
