Open Positions and Required Experience:
- Production: Operators (ITI/Diploma with 2–6 years), Officers/Sr. Officers/Executives (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 3–8 years). Responsibilities include operating compression, coating, granulation equipment, adherence to BMRs and SOPs, and ensuring cGMP and ALCOA/ALCOA+ documentation.
- Packing: Blister (Primary & Secondary) Operators (ITI/Diploma with 3–8 years), Primary & Secondary Packing Officers/Sr. Officers/Executives (B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 3–8 years). Key duties involve operating blister packaging and serialization equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and maintaining documentation in line with USFDA, EU-GMP, and WHO standards.
- Warehouse: Officers/Senior Officers (B.Com/M.Com/Any Graduate with 2–8 years). Roles focus on managing centralized and automated warehouse operations, WMS, GDP, and ALCOA+ compliance, and coordinating with various internal teams.
- Engineering Projects: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering with 10–15 years). These roles involve tracking project timelines, managing purchase orders, contractor coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance for projects.
Key Skills Sought:
Candidates should possess strong skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes such as compression, granulation, coating, and blending. Familiarity with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), cGMP compliance, ALCOA/ALCOA+ principles, SOP, and QMS is essential. For packing roles, expertise in blister packing, serialization, and autocartoner operations is vital. Warehouse positions require proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and GDP compliance.
