Available Positions and Requirements:
The recruitment drive focuses on several key roles within pharmaceutical sales:
- Territory Manager / Territory Business Manager: Candidates should possess a Science Graduate, General Graduate, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or MBA qualification, coupled with a minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager: Applicants are expected to hold a Science Graduate, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or MBA degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) or 8 years as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in pharmaceutical sales is required.
- Area Business Manager / Key Accounts Manager: This role requires a Science Graduate, General Graduate, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or MBA. A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is essential.
Eligibility and Key Responsibilities:
Beyond specific qualifications, all candidates must demonstrate mandatory relevant pharmaceutical sales experience, strong customer relationship management, and excellent communication skills. Experience in consistently achieving sales targets and effectively managing territory performance is also crucial.
