Vickro Biopharma is currently hiring for positions across three core departments: Production, Purchase, and Accounts. Opportunities are available for both freshers and experienced professionals seeking to contribute to a growing biopharma company.
Production Department:
We are seeking male candidates with 0-2 years of experience, including freshers. Required qualifications include a B.Sc or M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences. Responsibilities involve Upstream operations such as fermentation, centrifuge, and homogenizer handling. Downstream tasks include managing chromatography, purification systems, and TFF.
Purchase Department:
This role requires candidates with 2-3 years of experience. Eligible qualifications are B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BBA, MBA (Supply Chain Management), or any relevant graduate degree. Duties include sourcing raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and services. Key tasks also cover vendor identification, evaluation, development, price negotiation, cost optimization, and purchase order creation and follow-up. Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and company policies, along with coordination with QA, Store, Production, and Accounts departments, is essential.
Accounts Department:
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience. A B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) degree, or any graduate with an accounting background, is required. Essential skills include proficiency in Tally (a must), billing, MS Excel, and GST knowledge. Key responsibilities encompass maintaining day-to-day accounting and ledger entries, preparing sales and purchase invoices, GST invoicing, filing, and reconciliation. Other tasks involve bank, vendor, and customer reconciliation, monthly closing, MIS reports, management reporting, handling payments and collections, and supporting statutory compliance and audits.
