Open Positions and Requirements:
The company is actively seeking experienced candidates for diverse roles across its Formulation Manufacturing operations, including:

Engineering Department:
- Positions: Officer, Executive, Assistant Manager (AM), Deputy Manager (DM), Manager, Technical Assistant, Operator, Electrician, Fitter.
- Sections: Utility, HVAC, Plant Maintenance, Water System, Instrumentation & Automation.
- Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. (for senior roles); ITI / Diploma (for technical/operator roles).
- Experience: 1–10 years for management/executive roles, 2–5 years for technical/operator roles.
- Key Responsibilities: Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities and manufacturing equipment, maintaining HVAC systems, water systems, and plant utilities, handling instrumentation and automation activities, and ensuring compliance with GMP and engineering standards.

Production Department:
- Positions: Officer, Executive, Senior Executive.
- Sections: Compression, Granulation, Coating.
- Qualifications: B.Pharm.
- Experience: 1–5 years.
- Key Responsibilities: Executing manufacturing operations in Compression, Granulation, and Coating sections, operating production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and ensuring product quality and cGMP compliance.

Production – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage):
- Positions: Technical Assistant, Operator.
- Sections: Capsule Filling, Glatt Coating Machine, Glatt Granulation Machine, Inspection, Fette Compression Machine.
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc.
- Experience: 2–5 years.
- Key Responsibilities: Operating various specialized OSD manufacturing equipment, performing routine production activities, maintaining production documentation, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

Central Packing Department:
- Positions: Technical Assistant, Operator.
- Sections: BQS, CAM Blister Machine, Strip Machine.
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma.
- Experience: 1–5 years.
- Key Responsibilities: Operating BQS, CAM Blister, and Strip Packing machines, performing packing activities as per SOPs, ensuring packaging quality and documentation, and supporting batch packaging operations.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should possess a B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Sc., ITI, or Diploma qualification, depending on the position. A critical requirement across all roles is prior experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing. Desired skills include a strong understanding of GMP and SOP compliance, hands-on experience with relevant production and packing equipment, good documentation practices, and effective communication and teamwork abilities. For Engineering roles, specific mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.

It is imperative that only candidates with dedicated experience in Formulation Manufacturing apply. Relevant departmental experience is a mandatory prerequisite for all positions.
