Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Production: Active participation in various stages of the manufacturing process, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining accurate batch records, and contributing to efficient and safe operations.
- Quality Control: Performing comprehensive analytical testing, calibrating and maintaining laboratory instruments, analyzing samples, accurately documenting lab results, and ensuring compliance with all quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Who We’re Looking For (Candidate Profile):
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical individuals who are eager to make an impact in the pharmaceutical field.
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc
- I.T.I, Intermediate
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience within a pharmaceutical environment. Freshers with a strong desire to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Pass-out Years: Candidates who have completed their qualifications between 2021 and 2026 are eligible.
- Skills: Strong foundational knowledge, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment. Previous exposure to GMP/GLP is a plus for experienced applicants.
