About the Opportunity:
We are looking for skilled Production Operators with expertise in Granulation and Coating to contribute to our Formulation OSD facility. This vital role involves direct engagement in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and compliant production of our pharmaceutical products. If you possess a strong background in pharmaceutical production and a commitment to operational excellence, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact at our Pashamylaram, Sangareddy Dist location.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Hands-on execution and oversight of granulation and coating activities within OSD manufacturing processes.
- Diligent adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Ensuring continuous compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Operating, cleaning, and performing routine maintenance on production equipment, alongside meticulous documentation of all process steps.
- Monitoring production activities to consistently meet established quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc / M.Sc).
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production, specifically within Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Proven practical experience in granulation and coating operations within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of cGMP documentation practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory audit processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift-based production schedule.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
