Job Summary:
We are conducting an urgent and massive walk-in drive to recruit 200 Production Operatives (SMT) for our cutting-edge manufacturing facility located in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities (General):
* Assisting in various stages of the pharmaceutical production process.
* Operating and monitoring production machinery under strict supervision.
* Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and quality standards.
* Maintaining a clean, sterile, and organized work environment.
* Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:
* **Education:** Intermediate (MPC/BIPC/CEC/HEC/MEC/MLT with Bridge Course) or Any Degree. Candidates who have failed or are currently pursuing their degree are also eligible.
* **Age:** 18 to 30 years.
* **Department:** Production.
* **Role:** SMT-Production.
* **Service Commitment:** Candidates must be willing to commit to working with the company for a minimum duration of 3 years.
* **Gender:** Only Male candidates are eligible for these positions.
Salary & Comprehensive Benefits:
* **Annual CTC:** ₹2.55 Lakhs per annum.
* **Statutory Benefits:** Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
