We invite skilled and motivated individuals to participate in a walk-in interview for various critical roles across our Production, Packing, Engineering, Warehouse, and MS&T (Technology Transfer) functions. Available Roles & Qualifications
We are hiring for multiple levels, ranging from Plant Operator/Technical Assistant to Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Executive/Sr. Executive. Specific requirements include:
- Production: Diploma/B.Sc with 5-10 years’ experience OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 8-13 years’ experience.
- Packing: Diploma/B.Sc with 5-10 years’ experience OR B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 8-13 years’ experience.
- Engineering: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, & E&C) with 8-13 years’ experience.
- Warehouse: D.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc/B.Pharm with 8-13 years’ experience.
- MS&T (Technology Transfer): B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 6-10 years’ experience.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Candidates for all roles should possess proven hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing. Specific expertise and skills highly valued include:
- Manufacturing Operations: Granulation, Wurster, Compression, Capsule Filling, Coating, Blister, Bottle, and Sachet operations.
- Systems & Compliance: Hands-on exposure to PAS-X, MES, eBMR, ASRS, Equipment Qualification.
- Maintenance & Development: Process Maintenance, Instrumentation, Utility Maintenance, Exhibit Batch Process, Process Development, and Site Transfer.
- General: A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), meticulous documentation practices, and comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements is essential across all positions.
