About the Opportunity:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our dynamic Production (Injectables) department at our facility in Jadcherla, Telangana. This is a crucial opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing of life-saving sterile products and advance your career within a reputable pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities (Across Designations):

• Operate and supervise aseptic filling equipment, including Lyophilization (LYO) & Dry Powder Filling lines.
• Execute and oversee Vial Washing, Vial Sealing, and Autoclave operations.
• Manage Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) filling processes.
• Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with sterile manufacturing standards and aseptic procedures.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain equipment operation according to protocols.

Who We’re Looking For:

We have openings for two key roles:

1. Assistant / Sr. Technical Assistant

• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc
• Experience: 2 to 8 years in LYO & Dry Powder Filling, Vial Sealing, Autoclave & Vial Washing, or PFS Filling Operations.

2. Executive / Sr. Executive

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in LYO/Dry Powder Filling, Sealing, Autoclave & Vial Washing.

• Aseptic Machine Operation
• CIP & SIP expertise
• Lyophilization (LYO) & Dry Powder Filling
• Vial Washing & Sealing
• Autoclave Operations
• Pre-Filled Syringe (PFS) Filling
• Sterile Injectable Manufacturing principles
• In-process Quality Checks
• Cleanroom & Grade A Laminar Air Flow Operations
