About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated Production Technicians to handle critical manufacturing processes within our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) department. We have openings in:
- Primary & Secondary Packing: Focusing on liquid syrup, paste, and ointment manufacturing, including filling lines (liquid syrup, CVC bottle), blister packing, and overall primary and secondary packing operations.
- Granulation / Compression: Specializing in granulation, compression, liquid and paste manufacturing, top spray, and roller compaction processes.
Key Responsibilities for Production Technicians:
- Operating, cleaning, and performing changeovers on various production machinery.
- Handling equipment alarms and ensuring smooth operation.
- Maintaining accurate production documentation and records.
- Adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Contributing to a high-quality production environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: D.Pharm, Diploma, or ITI qualification.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Production (OSD).
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in USFDA/EU-GMP approved facilities will be given preference.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of production equipment operation and GMP practices is essential.
