Hiring: AQA & Quality Control Professionals – Walk-in Interview
Hetero Labs Pvt Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join our Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) and Quality Control (QC) teams. We invite experienced candidates with a passion for quality and compliance to our walk-in interviews.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) industry to contribute to our state-of-the-art facility in Kazipalli, Hyderabad. We are looking for candidates who are proficient in analytical techniques and quality systems to ensure the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
For Quality Control (QC):
- Perform chromatographic analysis using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), specifically with Empower 3 software.
- Demonstrate strong awareness and practical application of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Ensure meticulous Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation and maintain data integrity across all analytical activities.
- Conduct HPLC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Mandatory experience in the API industry is required for this role.
For Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA):
- Thoroughly review analytical documents, raw data, Standard Test Procedures (STPs), and laboratory records.
- Ensure all analytical operations and documentation strictly comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Actively handle and investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and change controls pertinent to analytical activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in either Quality Control or Analytical Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Mandatory experience in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) industry for Quality Control roles.
- Proficiency in HPLC and Empower 3 software, with LIMS awareness (QC).
- Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory guidelines (AQA).
- Ability to manage OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA, and change controls effectively (AQA).
