What We’re Looking For:
Essential Requirements (Applicable to all roles):
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulation is crucial for all applicants.
- Work Ethic: Willingness to work in rotational shift operations.
Department-Specific Roles & Qualifications:
- Production (Operator / Executive):
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm.
- Skills: Expertise in Granulation, Wurster Coating, Compression, and Blister Packing. Proficient with machinery such as RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster Coaters, Roll Compactors, OGB, Hata & Killian Compression Machines, B45, Auto Cartonator, and Hicart.
- Quality Control (Officer / Executive):
- Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.
- Skills: Strong background in Instrument Utilization Testing (IUT), Analytical Method Validation (AMV), and Microbiology.
- Quality Assurance (Officer / Executive):
- Qualifications: B.Sc / B.Pharm.
- Skills: Experience in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and Sampling.
- Engineering (Officer / Executive):
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech.
- Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Process Maintenance, HVAC systems, and Utility operations.
