The Opportunity:
We are searching for an experienced AR&D Professional to strengthen our analytical capabilities. This vital role involves the development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods for various pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for performing diverse analytical tests using advanced instrumentation, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and quality standards throughout all AR&D processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the integrity, quality, and efficacy of our formulations from development through to market.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Analytical Research & Development within the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
- Education: A Master of Science (M.Sc.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree is required.
- Skills: Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record in pharmaceutical AR&D. Familiarity with advanced analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR) and current regulatory compliance (e.g., ICH guidelines, pharmacopeial standards) is highly valued. Meticulous documentation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and collaborative teamwork skills are also key attributes for this role.
