We are excited to announce a Virtual Walk-In Drive for highly skilled and experienced Organic/Medicinal Chemists to join our Synthesis R&D department in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex discovery chemistry projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Design and implement innovative synthetic routes for diverse chemical entities.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of dedicated chemists.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with global pharmaceutical clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of research programs and scientific initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Ph.D. and Postdoctoral experience in Synthesis Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry is essential.
- Experience: Candidates should possess 3 to 15 years of relevant industry experience within Synthesis R&D, preferably in a pharmaceutical or Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting.
- Core Skills: Demonstrated expertise in synthetic route design, project leadership, effective team management, and a proven track record of managing global pharma client partnerships. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to scientific excellence are highly valued.
