Open Positions:
Production Department:
- Production – Shift Incharge
- Experience: 11 to 15 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise production shifts, ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), manage team performance, optimize production processes, and achieve daily output targets efficiently and safely.
- Production – Chemist
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in pharmaceutical production or a similar industrial setting. Freshers with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Key Responsibilities: Execute batch manufacturing operations, monitor process parameters, maintain accurate production records, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols under supervision.
Research & Development Department:
- R&D – Chemist
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical research and development.
- Key Responsibilities: Design and conduct experiments for new product development or process improvement, analyze results, maintain detailed laboratory notebooks, and prepare comprehensive technical reports in a regulated environment.
