We have immediate openings for experienced individuals in our Quality Control and Process Development departments.
Roles Available:
1. QC Analyst (HPLC/GC)
As a QC Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of our pharmaceutical products. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive analysis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), intermediates, and raw materials using advanced HPLC and GC techniques.
- Conducting routine analytical tests in strict adherence to approved specifications, Standard Testing Procedures (STP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting HPLC and GC instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintaining meticulous analytical records and thorough laboratory documentation.
- Ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and data integrity requirements.
- Providing support for Out-of-Specification (OSS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations and other laboratory activities.
- Collaborating effectively with Quality Assurance, Production, and other Quality Control functions.
2. Officer – Process Development (PD) Lab
In this role, you will contribute significantly to the development and optimization of our manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing process development and optimization activities for API manufacturing.
- Designing and conducting laboratory experiments to evaluate and refine process parameters.
- Providing crucial support for scale-up and technology transfer initiatives.
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all developed processes.
- Coordinating closely with production, Quality Assurance, and analytical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensuring full compliance with GMP and rigorous safety requirements in all laboratory and process development operations.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate: B.Sc in Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry, or B.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Industrial Pharmacy.
- Postgraduate: MS/M.Sc (Science) in Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry.
