Walk-In Interview Details

Available Positions
Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals is looking to fill multiple critical positions across various experience levels within its Production – OSD department to strengthen its operational capabilities and support continued growth.
1. Production Operators (10 Positions)
- Gender: This recruitment is open exclusively for male candidates.
- Education: Candidates should possess qualifications such as SSC / ITI / B.Sc / Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Production – OSD is required.
- Roles: Successful applicants will be considered for roles including Technician, Senior Technician, Associate, and Sr. Associate, based on their expertise. These roles involve crucial ground-level operations in solid dosage manufacturing.
- Skills: Proficient operation of various compression machines such as Sejong, Cadmach, Korsch, Legacy, and Fette with AWC (Automatic Weight Control) is essential. Additionally, expertise in handling granulation machines like RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer), Shifter, FBC (Fluid Bed Coater), and Miller is critical. Responsibilities also include thorough machine cleaning protocols and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
2. Production Staff (10 Positions)
- Gender: This recruitment drive is open for male candidates only.
- Education: Applicants must hold advanced degrees such as M.Sc / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: A solid experience of 3 to 7 years in Production – OSD is mandatory for these leadership and oversight roles.
- Roles: Key responsibilities include monitoring and supervising granulation and compression activities, ensuring strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting thorough BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) reviews, efficiently managing shift operations, and meticulously ensuring overall safety and compliance within the production unit. These roles demand strong leadership, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
