Key Responsibilities:
As a Fermentation Production Executive, your core responsibilities will include:
- Executing and meticulously overseeing large-scale fermentation processes in an API manufacturing setting.
- Operating, monitoring, and maintaining advanced fermentation equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Strictly adhering to production schedules, quality standards, and all established safety protocols.
- Identifying and troubleshooting process deviations, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Accurately documenting all production activities, data, and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Engineering, to optimize process efficiency and maximize yield.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Microbiology.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 10 years of relevant experience specifically in fermentation production (Upstream) within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Skills: Proven expertise in the handling and operation of large-scale fermentation equipment is crucial. A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and robust manufacturing best practices is essential.
