1) Job details for QMS Engineer
- Experience: 4-7 years
- Job Role: QMS Documentation – OSD Engineering
- Designation: Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall engineering documentation, the QMS (Quality Management System), and cGMP compliance like preparation, periodic review, and revision of engineering SOPs as and when required.
- Responsible for raising change control notes, deviations, investigation reports, and quality risk assessments related to engineering equipment and systems.
- Responsible for engineering department training coordination (DTC) and ensuring effective implementation and compliance with all engineering SOPs, as well as reviewing log books, formats, and data reports of engineering equipment and systems.
- To create and review the annual preventive maintenance records and formats for various types of maintenance (preventive, breakdown, corrective, etc.) along with the calibration planner.
- To prepare or review validation protocols (URS, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, PRQ, etc.) and other documents as per engineering aspects.
- Coordinate the issuance of any GMP documents from QA and the retrieval and submission of the same to QA.
2) Job details for OSD Project Engineer
- Experience: 4-8 years
- Job Role: Project Engineer – OSD Engineering
- Designation: Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
- Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Utility and process machinery OSD plant project experience.
- Preparation of documents: DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ/FAT/Inquiry document.
- Calculate knowledge for new areas or projects.
- Understanding of site execution for utility and process machines.
- Utility piping drawing and execution expertise.
3) Job details for Calibration Engineer
- Experience: 1-4 years
- Job Role: Calibration Engineer – OSD Engineering
- Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to carry out periodic calibration of field instruments and master instruments of entire plant (either In-house or through external agency).
- Responsible for the maintenance of Automation system (All PLC, HMI, IPC / SCADA etc.) of entire plant.
- Responsible for the maintenance of Door Interlock System, Fire detection & Alarm System and Access Control System.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all type of field instruments of entire plant.
- Responsible to verify time synchronization of digital clock.
- Responsible to carry out execution of PLC / HMI / SCADA software validation.
- Responsible for the maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) and Environment Monitoring System (EMS).
- Responsible to execute any modification of installation and commissioning of new Automation system.
