About the Role:
As a Customer Contact Comms Associate, you will be a vital part of our International Voice Process team, providing high-quality Tier 2 customer support to a diverse global clientele. Your primary focus will be on achieving 100% issue resolution and ensuring complete customer satisfaction through every interaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive Tier 2 support, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Navigate customers through self-service portals and offer clear guidance.
- Adhere strictly to both client-defined and internal operational processes and procedures.
- Maintain impeccable oral and written communication skills throughout all customer engagements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Any Graduate (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!) OR 12th Pass (HSC) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Experience: 0 to 6 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in an international voice process.
- Skills:
- Exceptional command of English, both oral and written.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in US Night Shifts (24*7 operations with rotational weekly offs).
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering excellent service.

- Work Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai.
- Work Mode: This is a Work from Office role, ensuring a collaborative and engaging team environment.
