Job Title: Quality Assurance Professionals (IPQA & QMS) – Pharmaceutical Industry

We have 10 open positions for dedicated Quality Assurance Professionals who possess a deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems. These roles offer a significant opportunity to contribute to critical functions within our comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be instrumental in a range of essential QA activities, including but not limited to:
- Performing In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks and monitoring throughout the manufacturing process.
- Executing thorough Vendor Qualification procedures to ensure supplier compliance and material quality.
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing Qualification & Validation protocols for equipment, processes, and systems.
- Managing product Release processes in strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal specifications.
- Conducting detailed Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to assess product consistency and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Candidates should possess 1 to 6 years of progressive experience within the Quality Assurance function of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding and practical application of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other relevant national and international regulatory guidelines are essential.
- Skills: Demonstrated hands-on experience in:
- Developing and maintaining robust documentation systems and quality records.
- Efficiently handling deviations, non-conformances, and conducting thorough investigations.
- Ensuring continuous compliance across all operational areas to uphold quality standards.
- Attributes: A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to quality systems, coupled with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of QA.
