About the Opportunity:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Production Department, specifically within our Sterile Manufacturing team. This presents an excellent career opportunity for both seasoned professionals with up to five years of experience and fresh graduates eager to launch their careers in the specialized and vital field of sterile/injectable manufacturing. We are actively hiring for various levels, including Trainee, Officer, and Senior Officer positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will play a crucial role in vital aspects of sterile production, including:
- Executing sterile infusion manufacturing processes in strict adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operating advanced Plastic Parenteral filling machines, encompassing technologies such as FFS (Form-Fill-Seal), BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal), and Bottle Pack systems.
- Continuously monitoring critical production parameters and meticulously maintaining accurate and comprehensive batch records.
- Ensuring thorough line clearance procedures are meticulously completed and documented before the commencement of any new production batch.
- Upholding rigorous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company safety protocols, and all overall quality requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc / M.Sc).
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical production environment.
- Fresh graduates with the required educational background are strongly encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided to support your development.
Location:
This position is based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Sachana, Viramgam, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
