Role & Responsibilities:
As a Pharma Graduate Trainee, you will be integral to our digital documentation initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the configuration of eBMR (Electronic Batch Manufacturing Record) systems.
- Assisting with Electronic Logbook activities to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Developing a strong understanding of BMR/BPR, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and core pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Supporting the configuration of manufacturing steps, parameters, materials, and checks within electronic systems.
- Verifying configured electronic records meticulously against approved physical documents.
- Participating actively in the testing, correction, and update processes for digital systems.
- Coordinating effectively and collaborating with both Production and Quality Assurance teams.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Data Integrity requirements at all times.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Education: Hold a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- Experience: Freshers (0-1 year of professional or internship experience) are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge: Possess a good foundational understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Skills: Demonstrate excellent documentation and strong communication skills.
- Attributes: Exhibit high attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new digital pharmaceutical systems.
- Preferred: Candidates with prior internship exposure in Production or Quality Assurance departments will be given preference.
