The Opportunity:
We are conducting an exclusive walk-in interview for skilled and experienced professionals to strengthen our Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. This is a unique chance to apply your expertise in a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, specifically focused on parenteral/injectable formulations, and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare products.
Positions Available (Process Incharge / Sr. Process Incharge):
1. Quality Control (QC)
- Key Areas: In-Process & Finished Product Testing (IPPT/FP), Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), Stability, Microbiology, Laboratory Support, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
- Responsibilities: Perform a range of analytical tests, ensure meticulous adherence to quality standards across all production stages, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Expertise in specific QC instruments and methodologies is essential.
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Key Areas: Equipment Qualification & Validation, Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Responsibilities: Oversee and execute robust equipment qualification and validation processes. Implement and uphold stringent Quality Management Systems to ensure full compliance with global regulatory standards and internal policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Education: B.Sc., B.Pharm., M.Sc., or M.Pharm.
- Industry Focus: A strong background and experience in Parenteral / Injectable Formulations are highly preferred.
- Work Pattern: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Note for Freshers: Enthusiastic freshers with a relevant pharmaceutical academic background and aptitude will also be considered, demonstrating potential and suitability for these roles.
