The Opportunity:
We are hosting a 2-Day Walk-in Drive for skilled professionals to join our Quality Control (QC) Biologics and Production – Downstream (DS) teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals experienced in the biologics industry to contribute to life-saving therapies.
QC Biologics:
- Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in Biopharma.
- Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on microbiological testing: Microbial Limit Testing (MLT), BET, Sterility, Bioburden Analysis, Swab Sampling & Testing.
- Method validation for MLT, BET, Sterility, and Bioburden Testing.
- Bacterial Endotoxin Testing using Kinetic Turbidimetric, Chromogenic, and Recombinant Factor C (rFC) methods.
- Culture maintenance, preservation, microbial identification, and staining techniques.
- VITEK 2 Compact System operation & maintenance.
- Microbiological testing, sampling, and documentation.
- Culture media preparation, growth promotion testing (GPT), and media qualification.
- Environmental Monitoring (EM) and drain point microbial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory audits, data integrity (GDP), and GMP.
Production – Downstream (DS):
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc / B.Sc.
- Experience: 0-5 years.
- Required Skills: Column Packing & Unpacking, AKTA Operation, Chromatography, Buffer Preparation, TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration), Centrifuge Operations, QMS Activities.
