The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join our Formulation Development team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the development of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products tailored for various regulatory markets. This position offers an exciting chance to work within a state-of-the-art research environment, pushing the boundaries of pharmaceutical science from early-stage development to market readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing formulation development activities for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.
- Operating and optimizing OSD process development equipment.
- Applying principles of ICH, BCS, and QbD throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensuring developed formulations meet regulatory standards for US & EU markets.
- Contributing to technical documentation and scientific reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Formulation Development, specifically with Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products intended for regulatory markets.
- Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with OSD process development equipment.
- Strong understanding and application of ICH (International Council for Harmonisation), BCS (Biopharmaceutics Classification System), and QbD (Quality by Design) principles.
- Prior exposure to product development for US and EU markets is highly preferred.
