Key Responsibilities
As a Discovery Chemistry Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing complex organic synthesis reactions for various drug discovery programs.
- Optimizing reaction conditions and developing innovative synthetic routes to target molecules.
- Purifying and meticulously characterizing synthesized compounds using a range of analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, Mass Spectrometry, HPLC).
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate laboratory records and preparing detailed scientific reports.
- Actively participating in scientific discussions, contributing to problem-solving, and collaborating effectively within the research team.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and best laboratory practices.

- 2-5 years of hands-on, professional experience specifically within the Core CRO Industry.
