About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Microbiology Executive/Officer to join our thriving Microbiology Department. This position is based at our advanced facility in Pithampur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the microbiological quality and safety of our products. Typical responsibilities for this role include:
- Performing comprehensive microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and environmental samples.
- Executing microbial limit tests, sterility tests, and bioburden assays with accuracy.
- Monitoring and maintaining aseptic conditions within critical manufacturing and laboratory areas.
- Preparing and sterilizing media, reagents, and equipment required for microbiological analysis.
- Ensuring meticulous documentation of all experimental data, observations, and results in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality systems and guidelines.
- Assisting in the investigation of out-of-specification results and deviations, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Contributing to the validation and development of new microbiological methods and procedures.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in pharmaceutical microbiology.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven background working within the Pharmaceutical or API Manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in standard microbiological techniques, laboratory instrumentation, and data interpretation.
- Regulatory Acumen: Comfortable and experienced operating within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
