Job Summary:
We are hosting a focused Walk-In Drive for the position of Production Executive at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As a Production Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various production activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, meeting production schedules, and upholding all safety protocols. This role is perfectly suited for candidates with a solid academic background in pharmaceutical sciences who are eager to make a tangible impact and contribute to our operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently execute production plans and schedules to meet targets.
- Operate and maintain production equipment in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Continuously monitor production processes to ensure optimal product quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of all production activities and records.
- Ensure complete compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and site-specific safety regulations.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in production workflows.
