About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated individuals who thrive in a dynamic laboratory environment. The successful candidates will be pivotal in performing critical bioanalytical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, precision, and regulatory compliance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects under the guidance of our experienced Head of Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Method Development, Validation, and Study Sample Analysis using advanced LC-MS/MS systems.
- Conduct operation, calibration, and routine maintenance of essential bioanalytical equipment, including Pipettes, pH meters, Balances, HPLC, Dispensers, Turbo-Evaporators, Centrifuges, and Solid-Phase Extraction apparatus.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation such as Method Validation Protocols, Method Validation Reports, Standard Test Procedures (STPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and detailed Bioanalytical Reports.
- Maintain meticulous records by documenting all procedures in raw data forms and logbooks, strictly adhering to in-house SOPs.
- Compile and organize calibration data, bioanalytical raw data forms, and logbooks efficiently.
- Ensure the laboratory workplace is consistently clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards, including proper labeling of all reagents, solutions, and chemicals.
- Monitor and accurately record laboratory temperature and humidity levels.
- Adhere to established in-house procedures for the safe and environmentally responsible disposal of laboratory waste.
- Guarantee strict compliance with all applicable SOPs for every task performed.
- Ensure raw data and other documents accurately reflect the actual sequence of events.
- Verify that all results are correctly transcribed, reported, and calculated, aligning precisely with chromatographic data and raw data.
- Provide regular updates on job progress to the supervisor or Head of Department.
- Oversee the systematic archival of all completed study and validated documents.
- Undertake secondary responsibilities, including the maintenance of columns and reference standards, and other tasks assigned by the HOD.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a Bioanalytical department, specifically within Clinical Research.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining LC-MS/MS systems.
- Proven expertise in method validation, study sample analysis, and bioanalytical equipment upkeep.
- Exceptional documentation skills and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Only candidates with prior experience in Clinical Research will be considered.
