The Opportunity:
As a Quality Control Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our proficient QC department. This structured apprenticeship program is meticulously designed to immerse you in the critical aspects of quality control within a highly regulated pharmaceutical setting. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning essential analytical techniques, understanding laboratory instrumentation, mastering data recording protocols, and ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians in the precise preparation and analysis of various samples.
- Learn to competently operate, calibrate, and maintain a range of laboratory instruments.
- Document experimental observations, results, and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Strictly adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and all safety regulations.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized, clean, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Actively participate in all provided training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Qualification: Completion of 12th Standard (Science stream) or an ITI certification.
- Experience: Fresher – No prior professional work experience is required.
- Skills:
- Strong foundational subject knowledge, particularly in science disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive attitude and genuine eagerness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
