We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill positions ranging from Trainee to Officer within our Quality Control department. Key Responsibilities:
For the QC (Wet Lab) Division:
- Perform comprehensive enzyme assays utilizing a variety of analytical methodologies.
- Actively participate in the development and optimization of new and existing assays in accordance with stringent standard requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve analytical errors and issues encountered during enzyme analysis, proposing effective corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines in all operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and laboratory safety through unwavering adherence to GLP.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on various sophisticated laboratory instruments.
- Collaborate effectively with the Quality Control team to ensure the timely execution of testing and accurate reporting.
For the QC (Detergent Division):
- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory instruments, including Tergotometer, refractometer, and other relevant equipment crucial for detergent analysis.
- Conduct thorough detergent application trials for both laundry and dishwashing processes, ensuring meticulous documentation of all procedures and results.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new analytical methods specifically tailored for diverse laundry and dishwashing applications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) or Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control or laboratory setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Trainee positions.
- Skills & Attributes:

- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A firm commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) principles is highly desirable.
