Key Responsibilities:
As an Analytical Characterization Scientist, you will be involved in:
- Performing analytical characterization of peptide-based products and complex formulations.
- Conducting LC-MS/MS-based characterization, including intact mass analysis and structural characterization.
- Executing impurity profiling using LC-HRMS.
- Peptide sequence confirmation, characterization, disulfide bond mapping, and D/L isomer differentiation.
- Performing extractables & leachables studies.
- Utilizing advanced analytical techniques such as SEC-HPLC and SEC-MALS.
- Assisting in method development and validation activities.
- Generating high-quality analytical data to support regulatory submissions.
Qualifications:
- Education: M.Sc, M.S, or M.Pharm degree.
- Academic Background: Strong academic record in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Institution: Graduates from premier institutes such as NIPER, BITS, and other reputed institutions are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Fresher (recent graduate).
