About the Opportunity:
We are seeking motivated Freshers to join our Production Department. This entry-level opportunity allows aspiring professionals to launch careers in biotechnology manufacturing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in vital production processes, contribute to manufacturing operations, learn industry best practices, and play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in vaccine and biotherapeutic production stages, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Support maintaining a sterile production environment.
- Contribute to documentation and record-keeping for production batches.
- Work collaboratively with experienced team members to achieve production targets.
Who We Are Looking For (Mandatory Qualifications):
Candidates must possess a genuine interest in a dynamic production environment and meet one of the following mandatory educational qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology
- B.Tech. in Biotechnology
- M.Tech. in Biotechnology
- M.Sc. in Microbiology

We specifically seek individuals with the listed academic backgrounds; profiles with B.Pharm or M.Pharm degrees are not suitable for this particular requirement.
