Opportunities Available:
We are actively hiring for Executive-Trainee, Executive, and Senior Executive positions within our R&D Formulations team. These roles are ideal for dedicated individuals across various career stages, from freshers to those with up to 10 years of experience, eager to contribute to cutting-edge formulation development.
Key Responsibilities (may include):
- Supporting formulation development trials and optimization.
- Conducting laboratory experiments and meticulously recording results.
- Performing literature review and contributing to technical documentation.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Analytical, QA, Engineering, Production, Regulatory).
- Maintaining GMP-compliant laboratory records and experimental data.
- Applying Quality by Design (QbD)/Design of Experiments (DoE) principles for planning and interpretation.
- Preparation of Product Development Reports (PDRs) and comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics is highly preferred.
- Candidates with a Diploma, ITI, B.Sc., or equivalent technical qualifications will be considered for machine-operator-related requirements.
- Experience: 0 to 10 years in Pharmaceutical Research & Development Formulations.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with equipment such as RMG/High-Shear Granulators, Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), Tablet Compression Machines, and Coating Equipment.
- Proficiency in equipment setup, operation, changeover, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
- Practical exposure to Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) processes, including Blending → Granulation → Lubrication → Compression → Coating.
- Experience with injectable formulation/development equipment is considered an added advantage.
