About the Role:
As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial member of our manufacturing team, involved in the hands-on operation of advanced machinery and processes. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring efficient production flows and maintaining our stringent quality and safety standards for nutraceutical products. This dynamic role requires adaptability and the ability to work effectively across various rotational shifts.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are keen to meet driven freshers who meet the following essential criteria:
- Gender: Strictly Male candidates
- Educational Background: A completed Diploma, B.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Chemistry
- Acceptable Engineering Branches/Disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Food Technology
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Candidates with a B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry are also encouraged to apply.
- Work Ethic: A strong willingness and capability to work in rotational shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
Sri Krishna Pharma is committed to offering a competitive package and comprehensive benefits to support our employees’ well-being and growth:
- Total Cost to Company (CTC): ₹18,000 per month
- Net Take-Home Salary: Approximately ₹14,000 per month
